I bought these here last September, they are good shoes, just a tad small for me. Got them for $45.00 and looking to sell for the same amount.

Also interested in a trade for size 44 tri shoes.

How do they seem to run far as width goes? I'd be good with 43 but need wide. Thanks

They are not very wide. My problem was length, but they felt pretty average as far as space in the toe box.

So, since my beloved go-to shoe brand has changed its shoe, after reading the bruhaha about the minimalist shoe, I decided to give it a try. Now I have a foot issue with my arch area.

I'm curious about the 'don't increase your run by more than 10% per week' rule. Is there a minimum mileage under which this doesn't apply?

How should I go about training for the marathon while also building base in the other two events? Doing this seems like it's causing me to break the 10% rule in running.

Yes, the Dual is a little heavier than Cervèlo’s high end counterparts. But…the price is within reach of the masses and it still incorporates all of the design features that make a Cervèlo special.
