Sorry if this was covered already.

I'm considering getting a sleeveless Xterra wetsuit for the times when it's a little too warm for my full sleeve (BlueSeventy) but still want the benefits of the wetsuit.

Xterra is, as usual, having a sale, and wondering how the sleeveless Vortex fits? Did you use the size chart and did it fit properly? I hover around the high end of the Women's Medium.

Thanks for any advice!

I think I was right in the middle of a size area, so I didn't have to worry about whether to size up or size down, and got a nice fit from the chart. If you have a concern, reach out to Xterra; they are very good with questions and customer service.

Being an Xterra wetsuit user in the past 5 years I'd say move a size up. Since I've been using mine, I've always felt too much tightness around my chest when I'm going at race pace efforts forcing me to slow down in order to finish the swim. I too hovered around the high small / low medium size in their chart and I should have gone up a size.

I recently upgraded to a Roka Maverick Pro fullsuit size M and it feels great!

In my opinion, use the free chat service on their site.

I wasn't sure whether to move up a size or not, as I have a SLIGHTLY wider than average chest, and was in the upper end for my size, but also was going to lose some weight.

They steered me in the right direction, and even after losing some weight, it's like a second skin and super comfortable.

WORST case scenario they do free exchanges, you just gotta pay to ship it back TO them.

This suit is a mid temperature suit, well suited for a variety of temperatures. The price on this suit was on the higher side of the group tested, but the fit and performance is very good.
