Seems that garmins new update for devices changed the total ascent. It now says KF next to the total ascent number. What does KF mean. I did 100 miles today and says my total ascent was 13.82kf. Any idea what that means.

Why would they changed from just feet climbed???

are you sure it's kf ?

Garmin seems to have a new number which is m/km so meter ascent per km distance and they also seem to do feet /mile.

I'm guessing

Good memories are crucial to your success in the water. Trying to swim laps before you are comfortable in the water is likely to reinforce your anxiety, so avoid the white-knuckle approach.
