Have a set of Flo 30's & 60's & am planning on ordering a disc cover. Wondering if there would be a noticeable difference if I order it for the 30 or 60. E.g., on the one hand, I wonder if there would there be a "smoother" fit on the 60. Alternatively, appreciating that aero trumps weight, whether the slight weight saved on covering the 30 would be beneficial.
Assuming you train on the 30's, I'd get the cover for the 60. There really shouldn't be much reason for you to take the cover off unless you're going to do a road race.
I know that annular tears mean there is a risk for a bigger disc blow-out. How do I continue to train and compete without putting myself at risk for worsening of my injury?
I started having trouble a couple months ago with a tightness and almost numbness in my anterior left leg and top of foot during running. It feels sort of dead.
A few years ago, I was diagnosed with two lumbar herniated discs (L1-L2). I have started a very slow build towards my first tri. Are there any recommendations or warnings I should heed?
