Subject: In need of neutral runner suggestions
I'm still searching for a good neutral runner - with no luck. I have recently tried the Altra Nitro...physio said take them off as they cause me to pronate too much.. I, also, have a brand new pair of Saucony Triumphs that are too tight in the toes.
Does anyone have a suggestion of a goos neutral shoe with a wider toe box?
Thanks for any help.

I like the kinvara. Some versions run a bit tighter, so when there is a wide iteration, I get that in my normal size. When there's not, I just go up a half size. I have hobbit feet, and have loved this shoe since the second version.

I am a neutral runner and I do NOT wear Asics because the toe box is a little too wide for me. I'd give Asics cumulus or nimbus a try

I like the Kinvara but as the other poster said, there is some size variation in the different models. I just got a pair of Saucony Ride 7 today and they are really nice. I also need a neutral shoe with a wider toe box, and it fits the bill. It has plenty of cushioning, but a firmer, bouncier, less "squishy" feel than a lot of their non-minimalist shoes. There is already a Ride 8 which looks pretty similar.

Prior to these shoes I had worn Grid Tornado for the past few years and been really happy with it--similar shoe to the Ride 7; unfortunately the new version of it doesn't seem work for me. It runs much smaller and somehow I'm between sizes; also has a different feel. Not sure what they have done with the other sizes or men's; might be worth a try as well.
