hi there guys im Paul 31 from somerset in england i want to get up to speed with triathlons i watched the blenheim palace event and now im wanting in on some of that action ive been doing some 10ks and i ride me bike a lot i have just found out my swimming pool as its newish is only 25m so 30 lengths of that is only 750m lol and that seems a long way in just a pool but if anyone can help me with any thinge id be more than greatfull get me on facebook paul n ruth is the name cheers all and happy triathloning
