Athletes in the Flint Area

There are a few around. Depending on where you land, Holly rec area is good for open water swims and trail running. The inside pavement is a 6 mile loop and it's all ups and downs. Outside of Flint to the North East the roads outside of Columbaville heading though Otter Lake and north are real nice. It might be a drive to get there, but you can ride and not get ran over or shot in Flint. If you want some real serious trail running the horse trails in Hadley will give you a good work out, even most of the roads in that area will.
