Subject: WET SUIT HELP!!!
So I'm short. Real short. Ordered a wetsuit online and it fits great with the exception of the long arms and long legs. Trimmed legs. Perfect. HAD to trim arms. (So please don't tell me how stupid I am). Now the arms fit lengthwise however now the cuff is not tight as I had to cut it off. Will I look like an idiot if I duct tape the wrists to ensure a tight seal? I don't know what else to do.

Two other options: 1. A big, wide rubberband on each wrist...or 2. Velcro wrist wraps. Similar to the timing velcro you use around your ankles on race day. Hope this helps.

How loose is the cuff? Could it be rolled in, forming a new, and tighter cuff? If this works, can you glue it like that? Aquaseal or Goop brand supposedly will work... Just an idea.

....another thought... If it is really loose, could you just glue the cuff that you cut off back into the newly cut cuff??

This is a 'first impressions' review of the Fit2Race Sockeye Fullsuit. From a first wetsuit point-of-view, I was able to dramatically improve my pace over non-wetsuit swims.

When I swim I struggle to get a full breath and consequently run down faster. I spend part of my training on the side of the pool gasping for air.
