Greetings

Doing a quick intro here, I'll be lurking for a while, but probably will have some questions soon. I reside in Northern IL. Just completed my first mini try 300m, 10mi, 3.1m, and am hoping to hit another by end of year. Hopefully getting over some ITBS and hip issues that have been plaguing me for about 6 months. Need to improve my swim which was 6:30 for the 300. Thanks Chris
