Hi

Seems that Win 10 doesn't support IRda units any more? Haven't been able to find any driver updates. Polar website pretty much useless on a solution for any model using infra-red to download from watch.

Anybody else suffering this too and any workarounds out?

I upgraded to Win 10 and went to sync my 910xt.  Garmin Express won't recognize the Ant stick.  Submitted an email incident to Garmin.  Looks like there are a few items that still need to be worked out with Win 10.  FWIW, I do like Win 10.

FYI, its working now.  Reinstalled the ANT USB drivers but didn't work.  This morning I went into Control Panel | System | Device Manager and it recognizes the stick.  Bring up Garmin Express and it syncs perfectly.

I'm curious about the 'don't increase your run by more than 10% per week' rule. Is there a minimum mileage under which this doesn't apply?

How should I go about training for the marathon while also building base in the other two events? Doing this seems like it's causing me to break the 10% rule in running.
