Subject: Needed a way to compete again
After growing up playing plenty of sports and finally playing soccer throughout college, I continued to play recreational sports until tearing my ACL last year and also spraining (grade 3) both my MCL and LCL. Right before my injury I ran my first 13.1 and after calling it quits on contact sports I have turned to endurance sports just over a year out from surgery.

This year I will complete seven HM’s for charity by November, but with training have been swimming and cycling as cross training. This has made me decide that next year will be the year for a few sprint and Olympic tri’s along with the marathons already planned. I hope to do a 70.3 at the end of 2016.

I am from the Indianapolis, IN area.

Awesome! That's a lot of HMs in a year...It will be a good base for the triathlon training (and the cross-training will be a nice break from the running!)

Good luck!
