Subject: Programme Advice Hi
Im doing a 70.3 in late January 2016 and would like some advice on how to alter my training programme (with regards to workload and periodization ) given that I have a series of commitments in the lead up to the race. These are
1 ) A Marathon on 15 November (I assume that running mileage would need be added with extra recovery as well??? )
2 ) A three week vacation in December (training time, facilities and equipment will be limited )
If the marathon would a complete hinderance to me I could substitute it with a 20KM trail run race on 10 October.
