Not much going on here either. I've been doing swim/run bricks most Thursdays lately but that was logistically impossible today for a variety of reasons....

AM 30 minute run with some strides
PM 1700m of swimming (supposed to be closer to 3000 but meeting started and finished late)

Plus, I swear, at least 20 trips up and down the 76 stairs to my classroom. That ought to count for something!

An hour-long trail run at a local nature park today; saw an owl, rabbits, doe and fawn, turtles...It was like being in a Disney movie! Then an hour of strength-training via a Bodypump class.

6:15 a.m.- Cross country practice
I also have a bike ride scheduled for tonight. Tomorrow is another cross country meet, I think it's a 5k this time. Afterwards, I'm going on a freshman field trip to a small christian college in the area. This will just be to see what goes on at a small college before we visit big campuses in the future.

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
