Am I poor at math or are those sub 5min miles ?

He had a really good run on August 15th.

good catch. totally my bad. I didn't even do the quick math in my head, just copied and pasted the logs. they were including the ride portion of my 70.3 race into my run. I had a great race but that would have included catching a ride or cutting the course, which seems to be en vogue these days. revised totals below:

Swim: 7h 03m 18s - 19981.19 Yd
Bike: 20h 56m 29s - 360.41 Mi
Run: 11h 23m 45s - 81.46 M

Your actual run volume is where I should be by now, hehe.

Bike: 35h 35m 08s - 617.28 Mi
Run: 18h 43m 22s - 134.25 Mi

maybe next month should look a little different if i wanna actually not drown at my 70.3!

Bike crash and collarbone break on August 4 so my numbers are pretty skimpy.  I've started back with some recumbent bike work and some kick sets/1 arm drills in the pool.

Swim: 2h 47m 42s  - 9489.56 Yd
Bike: 4h 42m 01s  - 93.25 Mi
Run: 48m 18s  - 5.1 Mi

In Training for IMAZ. I was curious to see what others training for a late season IM are looking at. I'm glad I'm on target seeing this is my first IM. I'm looking at upping my swim and run volume in September. I've had a bike heavy summer due to a couple of rides/races but now I can focus more on a good balance.
