Good morning BT!

Woke up not feeling awesome.  Had a hard speed workout on tap this morning. Thought about it, thought about my warm comfy bed, and today bed won! Ha! So....off day for me!  My speed work can wait until tomorrow!

Have a great day everyone.  I sure hope my not feeling awesome doesn't turn into the crud floating around!

I wish I had the choice to just skip a day and sleep in. Just got back from cross country practice and off to school in a few minutes. Bike workout with the tri team tonight.

I had a 6.5 miler in the sunrise this morning. Great way to start the day.

Hope you feel better Kim!

It was nice and cool this morning. I had a nice jog of 30 minutes and a 45 minute bike ride with intervals.

Have a good day everyone!

6 mile run, 1500m swim. Slowly trying to get back into swimming after playing the duathlon game for a few years

Feel better Kim! Sometimes our body needs rest more than anything else!

5:15am - 60 min power spin

8:30am - 3 mile easy run

9am - 2000yd swim. Did sets of 50's and 100's and wow, took it's toll for sure!

Now I'm in a constant state of hunger and sleepiness - maybe I should lay down for a bit too ;-)!

~17 miles on the bike. 17 cold, windy miles. The midwestern road bike season is slowly coming to a close. Not looking forward to the trainer, but I'm going to do my best to get into it.

5 mile interval run. Back home before the sun was awake. I'm seeing an 8:00 bedtime for me tonight...

Sports massage for me. Good news, my legs seemed to have done okay from HM. Back on it tomorrow.
