I suppose I've been lurking around long enough that it's time to introduce myself. I'm just getting into Tri this year and have already started training. I've been a long time cyclist and runner...like many, swimming is my big challenge...and of course balancing time with work and family. Regardless, I'm signed up for Racine 70.3 next year (and several tune up races) so I'm committed!

Welcome!  It's the perfect time to start focusing on some swimming.  Getting to the pool 3x per week at least will allow some quick gains...it's tough at first and yo will hit a few walls but it will all-of-the-sudden, get a lot easier.
