Ladies Only- Plus Sized Bra Question

Hello everyone,

My older sister is starting to work out and has begun to jog lightly as part of her very modified couch to 5k program. I am very proud of her and this week she came to me with a problem. She is about a 48DD and can't find a good sports bra in her size. All the ones she finds aren't made for actual running. I'm no where near the same size as her and even my favorite DD bras don't go up in band size high enough. Anyone have any suggestions I can pass on to her?
