Subject: 11.25.15 What's Up Wednesday! Good morning BT! How the heck are ya?! 4:30am: :45 minutes on the KK, threw in some big gear intervals...feel the burrrrn! 5:15am: :45 minutes strength + core Jamie--one of my favorite breakfasts so far is so easy and so good--mash one banana, mix with two eggs, add cinnamon and cook like pancakes. I top mine with blueberries--it is seriously amazing. Now that I'm over the initial 'hump' of detoxing from sugar, the Whole 30 is going really well. I plan to go into December as well--at least until my 1/2 marathon. 1/2 day of work for me today and then off for Thanksgiving (which I will stay Whole 30 compliant...go me!) Have a great day! |
