What do you use for navigating out on a ride? Smartphone, bike computer, training watch? I have an Ambit 2, and I can get the routes loaded on it, but i can never really get it to help me navigate. I would really like something to help me follow all these great routes everyone's sharing...
Thanks!

Garmin 800 series, 810 currently. I have the phone tucked away as a backup.

For tracking I just use Strava. And unless I need to have navigation in an unfamiliar route, I go dark when I'm moving -- no cyclometer at all (the phone stays in my jersey pocket). But when I do want the navigation, I have a Garmin Edge Touring that works very well.

Garmin 810, really good once you get used to it.

And you can download free maps from the Talky Toaster link here: http://triathlondaddy.com/useful-links/
