New user 1351  Austin, Texas | Subject: RE: 12.1.15 Rabbit Rabbit! Ok so I finally looked up what "Rabbit Rabbit" is supposed to mean on the first of the month. Thank you for the good luck and I wish it on everyone else in here too! I started the month off nicely with a 10 mile run, including a good quarter mile of being chased by a maniac chihuahua. I'm also going to blather on some more about how much I love my ultimate direction running vest. Without it, there's no way I could do the runs that I do. With it, I've been able to go self supported way off into the countryside, far away from everything, and have enough goodies to keep me fueled and happy. At some point I really want to do some "fastpacking" and take the absolutely bare minimum essentials for an overnight, then run somewhere fun, camp out, and run back the next day. This would be the perfect time in my training considering all the miles I'm putting in. Hope you're all having a great day. |

| 467 , Wisconsin | Subject: RE: 12.1.15 Rabbit Rabbit! Whenever I take a moment and pop into these threads I am inspired by the quality/quantity of everyone's workouts. And often starting hours before the sun comes up! For me it was a morning at the Y: 1 hour Yoga class, 20 min on Eliptical, 1 mile tempo run, 8 miles on the pretend bike, aka spin bike with a couple 2 min intervals. Then, to finish with my first swim since last triathlon 3 months ago. 500 whole yards just feeling my way back into it. I'm saying it here in public: I WILL swim at least 3-4 times per week from this point on  |

Pro 6520 Bellingham, WA | Subject: RE: 12.1.15 Rabbit Rabbit! A 7 mile run for me this evening. It was almost balmy warm at 57 degrees and light rain. Nice to run in shorts again after some of the chilly days we've had. |

| 304 | Subject: RE: 12.1.15 Rabbit Rabbit! just a mild 73min bike ride today. my right hammy was jacked up all day and could not stretch it out to save my life. skipped my 2 mile brick run  jacuzzi soak will hopefully help this problem. |

| 270 | Subject: RE: 12.1.15 Rabbit Rabbit! Freezing cold bike and run tonight with the tri team. I forgot to bring gloves and extra socks, so my fingers and toes went numb and started to burn on the bike. The run was great, though. |
