For those that may have missed it,

Joel Filliol once published this list of 20 swim tips
http://joelfilliol.blogspot.ca/2012/01/most-popular-post-on-this-bl...

He recently followed up on it with this podcast
http://joelfilliol.com/podcast/ the swim portion starts at 29m15.

Joel and Paulo are elite coaches with a handful of Olympic podium athletes.

A worthy listen on the trainer or stuck in traffic

Agreed, good podcast, great coaches.

The swim was a good one for sure as well.

They don't go into details but a lot of the broad ideas and philosophies they share I find myself agreeing with.

I thought some key points were what they said on band swimming, and tempo trainers.

They didn't post a podcast this Sunday....or last. They have been slacking!

At one of my last swim sessions the week of my first Ironman, one of my training partners told me how she was envious..."your first Ironman is fun, you have no pressure and no expectations!"
