Subject: Knee injury
About two months ago, I had injured my knee during an athletic meet. I felt as though my knee cap was in two pieces and they went in 2 opposite directions. The pain continued for about three weeks. I felt normal after that but now there is tenderness and pain at the injured area. Will it be due to some nerve damage? I recently heard about the reflexology massage clinic in Mississauga(Erin Mills Optimum health http://www.erinmillshealth.com/services/reflexology/). I’m actually confused on choosing the right path. Does anyone have any idea as to what could be the best one?
