Subject: Here We Go! HI all. Gearing up for a great 2016. spent 2015 working on dropping some lbs (About 30 ) and generally getting some fitness back. completed my first sprint in quite a few years and a half marathon. Already have a few races on the calendar for 2016 (1 sprint and 1 Olympic ) and about to pull the trigger on HIM. 1 month into my training and so far so good. Looking forward to tapping into all the great advice on the forums.
