Subject: Pelvic foot dysfunction and massage therapy
I’m suffering from pelvic foot dysfunction, recently I had read an article which says that pelvic foot dysfunction can be cured by massage therapy. Is it really effective? Does anyone here try it? I’m planning to try massage therapy with the help of an expert in Physiomobilty, Toronto. Can I continue my regular medications with it? Is this treatment really painful?

I've rested them for 6 weeks, twice. I've had Active Release Therapy, massages, I'm doing Trigger Point, and stretching. Yet, I'm still having issues and can't get above 3 miles.

They are comfortable, but on longer runs the ball of my foot starts to heat up. I actually had to STOP, take off the shoe, massage my foot. This would help for a while, but the pain usually returned.
