Subject: RE: 2.5.16 Fabulous Friday! Good night!
AM 3200m of a REALLY hard swim workout. Not allowed to post details on social media (doesn't that sound pro-like? ) so we'll just say that it was really hard. I was so tired I used fins for the cooldown, and took an afternoon nap.
PM: 15 minutes of core, being hazardous to humans and animals with a "stability" ball (Whoever called it that has never seen me attempt to do a core routine from a video. )
The pro lifestyle continues to be awesome. Aside from training, I ate leisurely meals (one of which I actually cooked ), read (one was a book to read with my kiddos, though ), took a nap, and did some grocery shopping. Pretty strenuous. Thankfully my teaching partner and mom have sponsored me in the chocolate department for the past month owing to a chocolate sale and very generous Christmas gifts. I probably am good for the duration of Tet. (But will consider all sponsorship offers, especially from Ritter Sport or Ghirardeli ).
