Hi everyone!

I'm new to group and working on training for my first triathlon!! I can't wait to start reading all of the information on here!

If anyone has seasoned tips, I'd love to hear them!

Welcome to BT and triathlon, Bekah!

Check out our open mentor groups--they're great for support and advice. Link is in the top post of this forum and the Triathlon Talk forum.

BT's Beginner articles and info section are really good too.

Best thing I did was pick that first race and pay for it. Nothing motivates more then paying for something and not flaking out.

I had read the articles on BT, I'd trained, and I thought I had prepared. There were, however, a few things that I didn't internalize despite what I'd been told.
