Good morning BT!

4:30am:  55 min run:  1 mile WU/200/400/600/800/600/400/200 with 400m RI between each repeat--all done between 7:35-7:55 pace, which for me is fantastic.

5:30am:  :30 minutes chest/shoulders/core

Starting to look like spring in my neck of the woods...warming up a little bit, staying lighter later--love this time of year!

Have a great day!

Funny--I did a 55-minute run too. What's really freaky is that it also involved a tempo ladder with seven steps, only I was running by time (one minute, two minute, three minute, etc.) . 20-minute warmup, though. Nothing speed-related in any discipline for me happens without at least 15 minutes of slug-like warmup.

Plus 3000m of swimming in the gym pool, which I had all to myself. Can see why--after "cold" weather the past few days (low humidity, overnight and early AM lows in the low 60's), the water is now miserably cold there, too!

This seems to be our long-delayed one week-ish of winter. No doubt it will soon be over and we'll be on to "spring", which is the hottest time of year in Vietnam.

Hey there! Wow those paces are fantastic Kim!! Speedy!

5:15am - 60 min power spin. After one of the intervals one of my students said I was mean - bwahahaha evil spin instructor laugh :-)!

8:15am - 2500yd swim. I think I'm getting slower, which is beyond frustrating. Think I may have to contact my coach and get a few lessons.

PT later and will try a little running on the treadmill. I'm not that hopeful but will give it a shot.
Have a great day!

Getting to be springy here too. 7 mile run for me tonight. Finally not hurting after stepping on that nail on Friday. Night everyone!

Went to master's for my swim. They are slowly putting my swim back together. As soon as I start feeling comfortable, they adjust something else. Making progress is the main thing.

Don't talk to me about spring. It's not suppose to get above - 15 until next Monday. More snow in the forecast.
