Subject: Running balance I got a Fenix 3 last month and started using it. A new update finally activated some of the running dynamics on the HR strap. That's working now and I have a few runs for about 3 weeks that show when I'm running that I I have a 48/52% time balance on the ground for left/right foot. The hover over on Garmin says that studies show that a 50/50% is ideal to avoid injury. Err ok... the past 2 weeks my right knee has been pretty iffy for running. I ran ~36 miles the past few days though and it's been fine but still the same 48/52 percent.
Does anyone know if this is really accurate and what, if anything, could I do to help correct this. I'm all for trying if it lessens injury rate. |
