The Beginner Sprint training program on Day 7, Day 14... shows what looks like two options to choose from, either bike and swim or bike and run. Is that correct? Do you just pick the one you want to do and should you do the one you don't choose on day 14.

Thanks.

I can only see through day 7. But it looks like you do both the bike and run.

Hi - It doesn't look like you've imported the plan into your Training Log. Once you do that, it will become clear what to do on which day. You can see it in "My Training Plan" and the Training Plan Calendar.

I want to follow the Winter Maintenance-Run Focus program (8 weeks), but don't know when to start. I also want to do the Intermediate Sprint-12 week program before my first race.

I'm doing the 22 week sprint tri program and the 2 mile bike ride it starts with is not very challenging. I see this as a opportunity to train the right way and challenge myself. Any ideas?

I'm tapering this week for my first sprint triathlon. I'm thinking I may need to adjust my calorie intake for the decreased workout load? How do I make sure I am properly fueled for the race?

The schedule consists of 3 workouts per week in each sport, 2 days of strength training and core work too. The maximum volume is around 7 hours toward the end of the 12 weeks.
