I'm looking at the Felt IA 14 and Orbea Ordu M-20 LTD (ultegra).
Both fit, both feel good, both look good, similar pricing. Pros and cons to each, but essentially them seem to offset one another.

It seems like a bit of a coin toss, but I'm looking for any insight and opinions on each bike.

The aerodynamics of the Felt IA is really hard to beat... The Ordu is nice bike though, but I would pick the Felt.

ditto.

the IA is just more aerodynamically badass.

And- if you could spring an extra grand, the Di2 with dual position shifters is a really nice upgrade.

Work your weakness. In the sport of triathlon, most coaches agree that you should spend the most time working on your weakest of the three sports. For many of you this will be swimming!
