Subject: 4.18.16 Monday Morning!

Good morning BT!  Here we go, another week!

4:45am:  :50 minutes on the KK

5:45am:  :30 minutes upper body strength

Short week for me as Thursday I am heading to Vegas, baby!  Girlfriend trip that has been months in the planning--can't wait!  Pool, drinks, and maybe a few new tattoos!    Until then though--butt busting training and squeaky clean eating!

I'm right there with ya Kim! I head out to California with my college roommate to visit a friend of ours on Thursday…girls weekend! So this week I have to be super good and fit everything in!

5:30am - 5.5 mile run/walk. lower back was cranky today.

8:30am - 45 min ST
9:30am - 45 min spin + 20 min PT exercises after.

I have been able to swim 200-300 yards without stopping for the past couple of weeks, but this morning I couldn’t swim more than 50. Could not eating make a big differance?
