Subject: Email workouts
Last time I used BT I was able to receive my daily workout by email. My new 20 week plan just began and I was wondering how to once again receive my scheduled workout by email.

.Yes, go to 'settings' --> 'training log settings' --> 'log defaults' and it's at the bottom.
