Subject: Rothrock State Park...
Will be visiting friends nearby & wanted to check out the mountain biking action. Can't find, on the internet, whether the State Park's trails are well-marked. I just don't have the luxury of getting lost. Does anyone know?

Alternatively, I can skip the mountain bike & bring the roadie. Any ridewithgps routes that you can recommend?

At first I thought, "Oh boy, what a mistake!" Let’s face it, I could barely run half a mile, I had not swum in forever, and my biking skills were not great, to say the least.
