Subject: 5.22.16 Sunday Funday!

Good afternoon BT!

7:30am:  2.5 hours on the KK...I forgot how much I love/hate that long burrrrrrrrn!  Lol!  I must be a sadist!

9:00am:  :45 minutes upper body + core

The bulk of my day has been and continues to be a lot of little jobs here and there to get the week off to a great start!

Nice warm day in OK

18 holes of golf with the family. Its great the wife plays golf. The boys are home from college so we had a nice foursome

1 hour on the bike. I had a fast ride for me, then 1600 yds in the pool mainly doing sprints (20x50) Its tough getting back into shape

My younger son got a ticket for tonights NBA finals. He's wearing his warriors jersey with the OKC crowd. Not very smart!!

Awesome relaxing day with the family, nice long walk, went to a couple different parks on the bikes(pulling my 2 year old in the trailer).

Off to play my last hockey game of the season tonight before taking time off from Hockey to focus on Tri training.

Out and back 14.5 mile trail run on the Pacific Crest Trail Desert Sector with 2,600ft of elevation gain in first 7 miles.

My legs are smoked like baby back ribs!

Ran 25 minutes of sprints, after deadlifts, squats, core work, biceps, and upper back work - all light, but still felt it during my sprints! Trying to find a good balance again between weight lifting and running.
