Subject: 5.26.16 It's Thursday!

Good morning BT!  How are ya!?

4:15am:  1:20 on the KK, high zone 2 stuff

5:45am:  :30 minute run--pushed it today from the start to get my legs moving, after the first 5 minutes of agony, I settled into a hard but doable pace.  Another Thursday brick complete!

Forecast is looking stellar the next few weeks--I am so happy!  However, the temps for my Oly next Sat look like high 80s--which, after that darn IM CDA with 108+ temps, I think I can handle it, Ha!

Happy Thursday, last day of work for me for the summer!!! (teachers only, students last day was yesterday!)

6:00 AM : 3 mile run, I felt REALLY slow this morning but it was nice and relaxing none the less.

6:30 - mowed the lawn... I am sure the neighbors weren't happy, but as soon as I leave work I am headed on a 10 day road trip and needed to get the lawn cut before I left. I am looking forward to swim/bike/running some different Indiana state parks over the next 10ish days!

Good morning!

I did get up earlier (4:50), and was on my bike by 5:30. It really wasn't bad. I'm going to try the earlier workout again tomorrow. It's looking more and more likely that it will become a regular thing for me as early as next week.

High 80's would be cooler than any race I have done in the past 10 months. Enjoy! If you survived CdA, I'm sure you'll be fine.

Just 3100m of swimming here. Bunch of strength-type stuff. After brutal bike workouts the past two days, now both my upper and lower body are sore.

Hey there!

5:15am 60 min power spin - over threshold intervals - ouch!

That's it. Was at the kids school all day (last day of school) and my son had a 5th grade promotion - can't believe he is a middle schooler now!!

Just hanging out and some errands now - letting the kids relax - kinda nice!

only got in 20miles yesterday afternoon on bike.

very windy, so intensity was little stronger than planned, but I will deal with.

my goal for this month was to ride 500 miles, but I was out of town for 4 days. Then the century ride recovery was 3 days, so I have 165miles to polish up before the 1st of June to complete goal.
