Welcome. I've been at it for 3+ years now. I'll always be new to it.
Used to weigh 300+ lbs. Down under 200 now. Tris are a great way for me to keep it off.
I've never felt "man, I just don't want to do this race"
And because of that, I rarely (if ever ) think "Man, I really just don't feel like working out today."
