Good morning BT!

4:45am:  :40 minutes on the KK--high cadence stuff

5:30am:  :20 minute run

6:00am: upper body strength stuff + core

Later:  10am:  training my ladies

Rest of the day is wide open!  Although I know I'll want to go back out on my mountain bike, I need some restraint with my race coming up Saturday.

Welcome back Susan--I was wondering where you were!  Sounds like a fun but exhausting trip!

Have a great day!  Lots of good work this week, Peeps!

yup, supposed to be 113 today here in AZ.

Thanks, good to be back. I thrive on routine so vacation is always a challenge, but we had a blast!

5:30am - 50 min altitude spin. You would think all the time I spent in the mountains would have helped me. Nope, short lived benefits, but the workout was great!

7am - 3 mile run. Getting hot so wanted to get it done early.
After my run I did about 15 min of core work.

Have a great day everyone!

4:30am Strength training upper body 30 minutes
5:10 am bike loops around the neighborhood for 45 minutes a little over 10 miles.

Phoenix is heating up indeed! It was already 91 degrees at 5 this morning. Will be waking up earlier and earlier at this point. Time to break out the head lamps

Currently on the bike trainer in the hotel room(~1hour) then hitting the gym, grabbing dinner and working on homework all night for the training I'm here for.

I went out for a bike ride on the streets on Monday but drivers around here are crazy so I'm sticking to the trainer tonight.

AM: One hour trainer ride with some pickups
Noon-ish: 2800m of swimming, mostly a bunch of 100 swim and pulls.

Nice weather here for once--high 70's and sunny! (Supposed to rain tomorrow but good weather forecast for the weekend.) If any of you southwest people need to cool off, I recommend the Pacific Northwest. Even on the rare occasions it gets into the 90's or triple digits, it rarely gets above 65 before noon!

A nice day in the pool. Mainly sprints for 1600 yards and drills

Summer is here and its high 90's every day this week. It makes outside running fun.
