Any one else doing it?

I was looking to do the full as my first marathon. Didn't handle my nutrition too well at an Oly this weekend and had a rough time near the end. Kind of deflated my confidence. Have Chelanman next month and then going to see how my run training goes before I commit to the half or full.

Some folks at work were going on and on about how hilly the course is. It looks hilly, and I know seattle (!) But I didn't think it looks exceptional. It's also really frustrating that their website doesn't give the best elevation map.

There's a big climb around mile 20 which really deflates people:

Also the race is at the end of November, so as you might imagine, the weather is usually not much fun.  Dress for 40F, possibly wet.

I signed up for Ironman Frankfurt, next year July - and I am very excited about it. I originally planned to run my first Marathon in the middle of September, but am not sure if this is wise.

My training was taking off. I had never felt stronger. I was making bigger strides than I ever had. I was stronger and faster than I had imagined myself ever being.
