6 year old wetsuit - how to look for damage?

Just picked up a Zoot Zenith 2.0 off eBay for $39. Seller said it was used only a handful of times. Anyways, it's my first wetsuit and got it today and tried it on. It's tight but I eventually got it on and it made swimming 10x easier. Taking it off took about five minutes though - got stuck around my feet and had a hard time getting back off over my ankles.

Anyways, from the outside, the suit looks perfect. On the inside, some rubber strips that looks like seals between the fabrics are sort of coming unglued. Is this something to worry about?

I have an opportunity to pick up a last year model of the Z force 1.0 for $50 if this sounds like it's going to fail.
