Anyone ever do a clean install of aerobars on 22.2mm flat bar?

I don't think there's any aerobars that will fit... the clamping diameter is just too small. The only way would be to find a shim, but I've never seen anything like that.

Plus, why do you want aero bars on a flat bar bike?
