Subject: any lg p-09 or giro aerohead helmet users
I'm torn between these helmets. Leaning towards aerohead but lg p-09 can be had for significantly cheaper. I like visor system on aerohead better and helmet looks cooler.

talk me into or out of one of these.

Not to divert traffic (and no personal experience) but there is a lot of discussion on both, most recently the aerohead, on ST.  Jim Manton of ERO told me that the aerohead has tested better on everyone he's tested, he was quite surprised how good it was 

Some talking of how the visor fits and fogging issues on the aerohead

I'm no expert but probably without doing any testing (which is the only way to know if that helmet works for you, and is beyond most of us), either choice would be a good one

At my MOPer level, either would probably be fine. The aerohead is cool looking and all but considering I can get the lg p-09 for $100 it's hard for me to justify paying for the Aerohead especially since the lg p-09 has plenty of good reviews and I still like the looks of it.

went ahead and purchased the lg p-09. If I don't see a 50 watt improvement on the bike I blame you.
