Subject: Please Help :) Hey guys! Basically I am brand new to the sport and have no idea what a training program looks like from a day to day/week to week stand point. I am very competitive and l am taking this sport seriously. I am in good shape with just some weight to lose and obviously get in great triathlon shape because I want to do awesome.
