Subject: 10.24.16 Monday Morning!

Wow the weekend totally go away from me!  So, to catch up...

Saturday:  4 mile run

Sunday:  12 mile run

Today: 5:00am:  3 mile run

5:30am:  :40 minutes lower body/core

Another crazy, hectic week.  We have parent/teacher conferences this week and I'm also heading to Vegas on Thursday for CC Divisionals!

I have been able to swim 200-300 yards without stopping for the past couple of weeks, but this morning I couldn’t swim more than 50. Could not eating make a big differance?
