Super relaxed run. Took it super easy and just enjoyed the beautiful morning. It's been 2 weeks since IMNC and I have been sick for the past week and a half.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing.

Warm down:

Just walked around a little. Found Tom, got my chocolate milk and my snack bag. Changed in the car and headed to PaPa Sal's for lunch!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Being sick.

Event comments:

I love this race! It is totally relaxed, the organization and volunteers are fabulous, and the scenery is beautiful. I will do this race every year if I can!

Course: Out and back on the Ghost Town Trail, starting in Black Lick at Salor Park and turning just past the road at Heshbon. Up hill on the way out and down hill on the way back.
