(One is supposed to do each exercise twice, but for some reason that particular one is 3X! ) I'm not sure if it's public domain. It's not her own creation--from somewhere called GI Jaynie's Fitness. If that is public and online, I believe it's the one called "August Strength". There is probably a demo of the stability ball transfer crunch exercise on Youtube. Basically you transfer a stability ball back and forth between your hands and feet while doing crunches, and your head and feet never touch the ground. Never fails to get me muttering swearwords by the end of the set.
