5:20 AM 50 minute run. Just an ordinary run for once!
10 minutes of planks and lunges after that.
Plus some running with my track/cross-country kiddos after school. (It's all one season, and these are 8-10 year olds, so we're not running very far. I think the longest practice we ever did involved about two miles of running for the distance kids. Right now it is more like one mile total! )
Kind of funny--we did a one-lap time trial, and I was telling them, "If you're just getting started in running, your goal should be not to walk...." and thinking, sometimes that's the goal for any of us! Edited by Hot Runner 2016-11-30 5:11 PM
