Subject: Side Stitches
I have increased my running frequency & volume over the last 8 weeks and within the last week or so I have developed side stitches every time I run. I have never had this problem before. I have to really focus on taking big breaths to make them go away.

Does this have anything to do with core fatigue? Or is it just a bad breathing rhythm?

To give you some background - I have consistently ran (although not big miles) over the last year since IMAZ. I really picked up the frequency around Thanksgiving running 5-6 days a week and increasing weekly mileage from 18 miles (Thanksgiving week) to 35 miles (last week). Any thoughts?

My back wheel needs to be trued up. It has a slight side-to-side wobble, and I feel at times like I'm going to lose control when I ride. Is this something that I should only trust to my LBS to do?

The article I read said that swimmer's shoulder can result from improper stroke, overtraining and one sided breathing. Do you have any comments on this and how to prevent?
