Subject: Hiya Folks. Long time, no exercise

Hello everyone.  After I hurt my back a little over seven years ago I quickly lost any ability to do much exercise.  Then between children, work, and going back to school I simply did not have time or energy to train, let alone race.  So much for ambitions of winning small races while in my prime.  Oh well.  I'm sick and tired of being out of shape though, and despite being busy with nursing school, I've decided exercise needs to be a priority.  While I don't know if I'll be haunting the message boards here like I once did, I still like the training log and may check in from time to time.

So happy training to you all.  Hello again, old-timers.  Hello newer folks.  See you around.

Good to see you Aaron!

I spend very little time reading the forums, and less time posting, but I still have a lifetime of training data in the logs   So, see you "around" then!

The most valuable thing you can do for your endurance training is to schedule a weekly 2-4hr long ride from now until the end of time. Simply make this “what you do” every Saturday or Sunday morning.
