Good morning BT!

5:30am:  :30 minute zone 1/2 run, slept in a little again as the rest of the week will be hard core!

Super easy teaching week...semester 1 final testing!  Kind of the calm before the storm though...easy week of testing makes for a busy weekend of test correcting! Lots of desk time the next few days--my guess is I'll be searching for spring/summer races!

Have a great day!

I slept in too, 7am!

Long work day on tap today as tomorrow doing a day road trip to FSU for the official college tour, #1 is about to leave the roost...

I beat you to it this morning (well, yesterday morning here) as had some work done on my apartment last night and couldn't train after work:

4:30 AM 1:10 trainer ride with a bunch of big-gear intervals
5:45 AM 35 minute run

That was quite a start to the day! Could have used an easy teaching day/week but no finals in elementary, so no rest for the weary!
