Subject: Brand NEW
I have a half Tri May 21st in Chattanooga! This is my second attempt at this race. My swimming is fairly weak. Sorry for the rookie question but how will I know if I'm doing enough training and or overtraining?

What plan are you following? Most beginner plans list enough training to get you to the finish line comfortably.
